Leasing Agent (Part-Time)

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join their client's team in California. Responsibilities Assisting prospective tenants with property inquiries and guiding them through the leasing process. Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to phone calls and emails. Conducting property tours and effectively communicating the features and benefits of the properties. Processing rental applications and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed. Maintaining a detailed and organized record of all leasing activities and tenant interactions. Collaborating with property management to ensure smooth operations and address any tenant concerns. Updating and maintaining current listings and marketing materials. Adhering to company policies and regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities. Requirements Education requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus Yardi software is required Work Hours Part-time position with flexible hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
