Join a team where your expertise drives diagnosis, innovation, and teaching. You would be responsible for oversight of operations on the evening shift in the Automated Lab. What you will do: Performs a variety of complex laboratory tests and procedures on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients according to established standards: maintains and/or calibrates scientific equipment. Provides teaching and education to lab students and other personnel. Responsible for maintaining inspection readiness at all times. Position Hours: 40 hours, Evening Shift, every other weekend; rotating holidays Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology Must have a minimum of 5 years experience; Must have an understanding of all laboratory sections as a generalist that may include: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Microbiology, immunology, and urinalysis. Knowledge of specimen processing, specimen handling and phlebotomy are needed.
