Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Harbor Post Acute Rehabilitation Center in Wyoming, MI. As a Receptionist at Harbor, you will be the first point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors , ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including answering phones, taking messages, and completing various tasks as assigned
• Provide general information and guidance to patients and families, referring them to appropriate resources as needed
• Collaborate with other departments , including nursing, therapy, and social services, to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Perform various clerical duties , including data entry, mail, and messenger services
