Location: Sarasota, FL

Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (3:00pm – 11pm)

Overtime: Optional overtime available on Fridays

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Aviation Assemblers to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Sarasota, Florida. In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and test aircraft components while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, have strong attention to detail, and are interested in building a career within the aviation industry.

• Assemble aircraft components and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and engineering specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and quality guidelines
• Document production activities and maintain accurate records
• Identify and report defects, material shortages, or process issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or aerospace experience is a plus
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed

• Starting pay of $18.50–$20.00 per hour
• Pay increase upon successful completion of the 90-day training period

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
