As aLandscape Technician, you'll play a vital role in helping us maintain beautiful, safe, and functional properties across the region—residential and commercial alike. Whether you're experienced or just getting started, if you're committed to quality and eager to grow, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily lawn and landscape tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, planting, mulching, and seasonal cleanups

• Operate commercial equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools)

• Ensure job sites are left clean, orderly, and professionally finished

• Maintain, clean, and inspect equipment before and after use

• Follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE at all times (steel/composite toe boots required)

• Report any equipment issues, job site concerns, or customer feedback to your Crew Leader or Supervisor

• Assist with snow and ice management operations during the winter season (if applicable)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Valid driver’s license

• Must be 18 years or older

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Strong time management and problem-solving skills

• Reliable transportation to our facility or designated job sites

• A positive attitude, team-first mindset, and strong attention to detail

• Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience preferred (but not required—we train the right candidates!)

Salary Description

$19 - $24.00 Hourly, Based on Experience
