Atypical day may include:

Conductingcomprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for your patients

Providingsafe,evidence-basedmedications, treatments, and hands on care grounded in strong clinical judgment

Servingas a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely,well-coordinatedcare decisions

Providingclear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care

Ensuringaccurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety

Contributingyour voice during interdisciplinary rounds, helping drive seamless communication and smooth transitions of care

To be considered for this RN opportunity, youmusthold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification.Advanced Cardiac Life Support(ACLS)Certificationisrequired.At least1year previousacute careexperienceis preferred.An Associate’s degree in Nursing is required.A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing isstrongly preferred, as isprior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR)like EPIC.This positionis Day shift,36hours per week, 7am-7:30pm.
