Tractor and Trailer Maintenance Technician

Maintain and service tractors and/or trailers at prescribed intervals making repairs to equipment as necessary in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner; complete and maintain all service and maintenance records.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Inspect and service tractors and/or trailers at prescribed intervals.
2. Make all repairs to tractors and/or trailers as necessary for safe operation.
3. Complete and maintain records of service, maintenance, costs, and inspections.
4. Follow company guidelines in regard to acceptable conduct when dealing with supervisors, shop personnel, drivers, and customers, projecting an image of quality and professionalism at all times.
5. Comply with all established company policies and procedures as well as local, state, and federal law.

7:00am - 5:00pm Monday-Friday.

High School Diploma/GED

Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Preferred)

Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
