In this role you will be the face of Samsung, directly engaging with consumers and showcasing the latest innovative technologies in your market. Your mission is to transform product demonstrations into engaging experiences that ignite consumer enthusiasm and deliver sales growth. Identify and nurture sales opportunities, proactively approaching customers and converting interest into purchases. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, continuously optimizing sales strategies. Engage consumers in conversation, actively listening to their needs to tailor product recommendations. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge of Samsung’s Digital Appliance line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiators. Schedule and facilitate sales and product training for front‑line store associates and managers. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of promotional campaigns, discounts, and exclusive offers. Complete merchandising projects within assigned timelines and prioritization. Provide valuable insights by gathering customer feedback and competitive information to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth. Implement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays and plans across the market. Meet or exceed sales, weekly in‑store time, and training goals; maintain accurate documentation for each visit. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; business degree preferred. Minimum six months of prior sales, promotion, or brand advocacy experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage. Ability to travel within a 50‑mile radius of home. Capability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects such as boxes, equipment, carts, and pallets. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced retail environment. Flexible schedule with willingness to work weekends or non‑standard shifts. Autonomous and self‑motivated with a “do whatever it takes” attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a rapid response ability. Ability to build and maintain strong personal relationships. Passion for engaging consumers and showing off client products.
