About the Role:
AS AND CLEANINGS is looking for a motivated and dependable Team Lead/Floater to join our growing cleaning crew in Cleveland, OH! In this dynamic role, you'll help guide team members, ensure quality standards are met, and step in wherever you're needed most. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support cleaning team members across various residential and/or commercial job sites
• Float between locations and teams as needed to ensure adequate staffing and coverage
• Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Monitor and enforce quality control standards on every job
• Train and mentor new team members on cleaning techniques and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding scheduling, supply needs, and team performance
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and maintained

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between multiple job sites in the Cleveland, OH and Surrounding cities area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Must have extreme open availability
