You will work closely with clients and play an integral part in promoting their overall well-being while ensuring the highest standard of care.**This position offers...** • **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • **Workplace Culture** – An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • **Additional Perks & Benefits** – Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:** • Administer medications to clients through various methods according to service line requirements. • Perform thorough nursing assessments, including physical and mental health evaluations. • Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately in adherence with service line standards. • Conduct medication administration reviews and collaborate on medication management for housing clients. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their medication needs and requests. • Verify client data and medical history, ensuring all preliminary requirements are obtained. • Complete required documentation timely, facilitating effective client care and safety plans. • Serve as a resource for nursing and medical issues, managing infectious disease control and hygiene practices. • Participate in required meetings and perform related duties as assigned by nursing leadership.**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice. • Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program.**Additional Qualifications:** • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check. • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.**Physical Requirements** • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
