PT Brand Ambassador

Summary Brand Ambassadors deliver a customer-first, personalized shopping experience on the sales floor, promoting brand products and styling customers. This part-time retail role focuses on driving sales, meeting individual KPIs, maintaining store standards, and supporting operational and visual merchandising activities. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling guidance to customers. Meet or exceed sales objectives and individual KPIs (SPH, data capture) and use company tools to drive performance. Connect customers to loyalty and customer programs and educate them on product offerings and initiatives. Assist in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back‑of‑house standards, and complete opening and closing duties. Support operational activities including floor sets, replenishment (ISOS), and maintaining visual standards. Participate in company trainings and provide product feedback to management. Requirements Retail or similar high-volume customer-facing experience preferred. Strong communication skills and ability to build positive customer and team relationships. Ability to stand, walk, move merchandise, operate a register, and lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
