We Are Hiring Location: Mequon, WI Facility: Columbia St. Mary's Ozaukee Department: Behavioral Health Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time What You Will Do Lead daily behavioral health operations, coordinating resources and staff to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care and service delivery. Mentor the clinical team by serving as a primary functional resource, providing guidance to enhance technical skills and patient interaction quality. Oversee work assignments and clinical workflows, actively monitoring progress and adjusting operations to maintain efficiency and safety. Ensure rigorous compliance with healthcare policies and clinical standards, proactively identifying gaps and reporting on performance to maintain unit integrity. Support team development by actively facilitating the orientation and training of new associates and providing meaningful input on performance evaluations to foster professional growth. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Supervisor credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred. Education: High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
