Travel Agent

Responsabilidades principales: Atender llamadas entrantes (inbound) y orientar a clientes sobre viajes aéreos, y terrestres. Realizar ventas de paquetes, excursiones y servicios vacacionales. Mayormente vende paquetes all inclusive (Ej, Punta Cana, Jamaica, Mexico, Cancun, Costa Rica, etc) Gestionar cotizaciones, pagos, modificaciones y cancelaciones. Asesorar sobre requisitos y documentación de viaje. Manejar quejas y situaciones de clientes de forma rápida y efectiva. Requisitos: Experiencia en centros de llamadas (preferible). Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente. Excelentes destrezas de comunicación. Inglés obligatorio. Manejo de computadoras. Grado Asociado preferiblemente.
