RN - PACU

RN - ACU - Main PACU

This position is for a seasonal travel RN in the ACU-Main PACU setting. The unit features 11 beds and a staff of 9. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse and 3 RNs. Patient ratios are 1:2-4. Typical equipment used includes EKG machines and pacemaker interrogators. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Preferred skills include pre and post-procedure experience and EKG/groin watch experience. Typical procedures performed include catheter laboratory procedures such as ablations, TAVRs, cardioversions, and TEEs. Imaging procedures may involve MRI with anesthesia. The best personality fit for this position should be willing to help in a fast-paced environment. There is no call requirement and no weekend requirement for this position.
