Complete Weddings + Events – Charlotte
Part-Time | Event-Based | Weekends Required
Pay: $400 per event + tips
Complete Weddings + Events – Charlotte is looking for dependable, organized, and professional Event Coordinators to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys weddings, loves staying organized, communicates well, and can remain calm when plans change.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the wedding-day timeline
- Communicate with vendors, venue staff, and the wedding party
- Help keep the ceremony and reception running on schedule
- Cue important moments throughout the event
- Serve as an on-site point of contact
- Handle last-minute changes professionally
- Assist with light setup and event details when needed
- Help create a smooth, stress-free experience for the couple
- Work alongside photographers, videographers, DJs, and venue teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability, especially Saturdays
- Professional appearance
- Dependable and responsive communication
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift approximately 30–40 lbs when needed
Previous wedding, event, hospitality, customer service, or coordination experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Compensation
$400 per event + tips
This is an event-based position rather than an hourly position. Event details and expectations will be provided before assignments are accepted.
