As we continue to grow in the U.S., we're looking for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in North Palm Beach and help support and grow our online business.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, e-commerce-focused role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and excited to grow their experience in online retail and digital marketing.

You'll work closely with our U.S. team, Chervò's Italian headquarters, and our outside digital marketing agency to manage and improve our Shopify store, execute email and SMS marketing, coordinate seasonal launches and promotions, and help drive the continued growth of our direct-to-consumer business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of e-commerce, from merchandising and website updates to customer journeys, promotions, reporting, and digital performance.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operation and merchandising of our Shopify store, including products, collections, pricing, promotions, navigation, content, and seasonal launches.

• Coordinate new product launches and ensure product information, imagery, pricing, inventory, collections, and merchandising are accurate and up to date.
\n
• Create and execute Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, customer journeys, segmentation, and promotional calendars.
\n
• Monitor and help optimize the online customer experience, including site navigation, product presentation, landing pages, promotions, and overall usability.
\n
• Work with our outside digital marketing agency on paid advertising, SEO, website optimization, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
\n
• Monitor e-commerce performance using Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and agency reporting to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
\n
• Assist with website improvements and testing designed to increase traffic, engagement, conversion, and online sales.
\n
• Work closely with Chervò's Italian headquarters on global campaigns, product launches, imagery, product content, and other digital assets for the U.S. market.
\n
• Help maintain promotional, launch, and e-commerce calendars to ensure campaigns and website updates are executed on time.
\n
• Support wholesale marketing communications as needed, including new collection launches, prebook campaigns, product highlights, events, and promotions.
\n
• Stay current on e-commerce trends, AI tools, digital marketing platforms, and emerging technologies that could improve efficiency and performance.

What We're Looking For

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
\n
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred, including internships or hands-on experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online retail, or a related field.
\n
• Familiarity with Shopify or another e-commerce platform. Hands-on Shopify experience is strongly preferred.
\n
• Experience with Klaviyo or another email/SMS marketing platform is a plus.
\n
• Basic understanding of e-commerce merchandising, digital marketing, customer journeys, and website analytics.
\n
• Familiarity with GA4 or other digital analytics tools is a plus.
\n
• Strong writing and communication skills.
\n
• Comfortable working with digital content, product imagery, and basic creative tools such as Canva.
\n
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
\n
• Experience with ApparelMagic or another ERP/inventory platform is a plus, but not required.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
• Self-motivated, resourceful, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.
\n
• An interest in golf, fashion, luxury, sportswear, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
