$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Craft high-quality wood trusses and panels, ensuring each piece meets our rigorous standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and enhance efficiency.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately fabricate wood products.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and machinery with precision and care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights and suggestions for process enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Experience in carpentry, wood framing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficient and safe operation of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable, and committed to safety.
