Daiju Yoshino Insurance Agency is hiring an experienced Personal Lines Producer. This is a dedicated new-business role with an enhanced commission structure and pay rate, reflecting the experience and production level required. You'll focus on prospecting, quoting, and closing new accounts while our service and account management team handles retention on the business you write. We will provide training and give you the tools for success.

The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is self-motivated, and has a proven track record in insurance sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming leads and oversee the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance.
• Maintain detailed and timely records of all client communications and activities.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and expand coverage with existing clients.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes, documentation, and payment timelines.

Requirements

• Active Property Casualty License (Required).
• Prior insurance sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes.
