Senior Multi-State Healthcare Payroll Lead

Jobtailor is seeking a senior payroll leader to own and execute multi-state payroll for healthcare studios and corporate teams. You will manage hourly, salaried, and contractor populations across multiple pay cycles, rates, and premium structures. This role requires deep knowledge of wage-and-hour laws, 401(k) deductions, year-end reporting, and system stewardship (UKG preferred; ADP/Workday or similar).
