Your Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential healthcare candidates via our dedicated platform and your existing network
• Initiate contact with candidates to present MLR's opportunities and assess their interest levels
• Arrange meetings between candidates and our recruiters for more in-depth discussions
• Maintain communication with leads to sustain their interest and provide support during the hiring process
• Keep accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on your scheduling of meetings, interview completions, and hires traced back to your outreach
