Fulfillment Associate

We have IMMEDIATE openings for Fulfillment Associates to join a growing team. Our client is a growing distributor based in the Henrico, VA area (Glenside/Staples Mill)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Pick and pack monthly subscription box orders and general shop orders
• Perform continuous quality control throughout the picking process
• Restock the shop daily and assist with flow counts, happy hour counts, and cycle counts
• Serve as a subject matter expert on shipping processes across multiple carriers
• Ensure carriers pick up the correct gaylords daily
• Follow our packing standards to deliver the best possible unboxing experience
• Track orders using our daily pick sheet and project management software
• Support the packaging department as needed
• Keep your workstation and department area clean and organized

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology; familiarity with ShipStation or similar shipping software preferred
• Reliable transportation to our Henrico, VA warehouse
• Strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically active warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods (75-100%)
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to push/pull loads up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach at or above shoulder height
• Repetitive hand tasks (picking, scanning, packing)
