Part-Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Must Speak Spanish

OPEN POSITION: 
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Primary Care / Urgent Care

SCHEDULE: 
- Part-Time
- 3 Days per Week
- 2 Saturdays per Month (included in weekly total)
- Flexibility on Work Days

CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 6:00pm
- 1-Hour Lunch Break

COMPENSATION: 
- $70 to $85+ per Hour, negotiable based on experience

Lynwood, California

Their locations are spacious, modern buildings with comfortable areas dedicated to each medical provider and amenities such as a partner pharmacy and lab. Appproximately 95% of their patients are Spanish-speaking and their mission is to deliver the most affordable, high quality healthcare possible to the local Hispanic community.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) provides routine, low-acuity primary care and urgent care services, including but not limited to:

- primary care exams
- chronic condition management
- sick visits
- minor injury care
- laceration repair
- incision and drainage
- ingrown toenail removal
- routine outpatient procedures
- annual physicals
- employment physicals
- vaccinations



 
The APP sees an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation.

The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden.

Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.

REQUIREMENTS:
- California NP or PA license
- ability to see patients of all ages
- 2+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field
- must speak fluent Spanish
