Managing 14 million square feet in 98 sites across North America and Europe with a team of 6,000, it is the largest privately-owned supply chain solutions company based in Canada.Position OverviewAs part of a team, following best practices, you will fulfill customer orders and safely deliver products to the staging area.Play an essential role in achieving service levels for our customers, including safety, productivity, and accuracy.Communicate and work with other team members to ensure proper movement of materials throughout the warehouse.Responsible for handling products for various operations processes, including receiving, order picking & packing, shipping, and inventory control.This role requires using material handling equipment and Radio Frequency (RF technology.Palletizing products.Operating a reach truck, forklift and cherry picker.Ensure orders are processed in accordance with our customer service standards.Transporting all products and materials.Verify products, quantities, and order numbers correctly.Move freight safely throughout the warehouse.Stacking products throughout warehouse as needed.Staging pallets at shipping dock.Transporting products safely through the warehouse.Execute all tasks following Standard Operating Procedures to ensure consistent work methods are used.Participates in inventory activities, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts.Moves empty pallets depositing them at the designated pallet holding location.Keeps the ware clean, orderly, and free from obstructions with all debris placed in proper containers or designated areas.Operates equipment and completes tasks consistent with Company Health and Safety Policies.Demonstrates respect for the organization's values.Other duties as assigned.We Are Looking For Team Members Who Are:Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environmentOrganized and have strong attention to detail.Able to adapt to change and easily adopt new processes required to meet changing business needs.Committed to quality of work.
