Regional Community Outreach & Partnerships Lead
MedZed Physician Services, LLC
MedZed is seeking a Community Engagement Ambassador in California to lead field outreach and partnership development in support of CalAIM ECM and CS programs. You will travel across LA County, build relationships with CBOs and providers, and coordinate referrals with internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation.
