Certified Mobile Notary Service sets the standard for mobile notary signing services. We are looking for a professional Notary Loan Closing Agent to represent us across Austin, Texas.
Whether notarization is your side income or your full-time focus, we help you get certified, get booked, and get paid.
Responsibilities: Notarize a broad mix of documents mortgage closings, affidavits, trusts, and directives for Austin-area clients while safeguarding confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills: U.S. citizenship and a high school diploma or equivalent. Notary Public commission or willingness to certify. Background check required. Experience notarizing loan documents is a strong plus. Detail-focused, reliable, composed, and a clear communicator.
Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Austin, Texas.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
