Position: Warehouse Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team on day shift. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized warehouse. The ideal candidate has previous warehouse experience, operates safely, and takes pride in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and inventory
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment
Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper documentation
Operate RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or shipping software as needed
Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
Follow shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
Assist with general warehouse duties and material movement throughout the facility
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse experience required
Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order picking
Ability to read work orders, shipping documents, and inventory labels
Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners or inventory systems preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attendance and dependable work history

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the shift
Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds; heavier lifting may require assistance
Frequent pushing, pulling, carrying, and repetitive movements
Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Must wear required PPE and follow all safety guidelines
