Comprehensive training and team collaboration are central to our work, ensuring you have the support needed to excel.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute comprehensive patient evaluations to understand individual needs and medical history, guiding the development of customized treatment plans.Implement hands-on interventions, exercises, and modalities tailored to enhance musculoskeletal performance, adapting approaches based on client progress and feedback.Educate patients and their families on at-home rehabilitation exercises, self-management strategies, and preventative care techniques to encourage active participation in recovery.Collaboratively engage with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and address any comorbid conditions that may impact rehabilitation outcomes.Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards, ensuring seamless communication and continuity of care.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily serve patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Our patients are diverse, ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals seeking to regain their functional mobility. Tailoring your therapeutic approach to cater to the unique needs and goals of each client is vital for fostering a supportive recovery journey.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.Active Florida state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.A minimum of three years of clinical experience, which may include internships, residencies, and professional practice, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.Preferred ExperienceIn-depth knowledge of orthopedic conditions, pain management strategies, and advanced manual therapy techniques.Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic exercise programming.Proven track record of effective patient education and communication with both clients and their families.Compensation and BenefitsThe role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
