Industrial Painter

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in West Chester, PA. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial painting, particularly in sectors such as aerospace or automotive. This position requires expertise in applying coatings to various surfaces and materials used in industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
• Apply industrial coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers to ensure an even and durable finish.
• Inspect painted surfaces for quality and make any necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and time spent on projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in industrial painting, particularly in the aerospace or automotive industries. Candidates with only residential or commercial painting experience will not be considered.
• Proficiency in using various painting tools and equipment, including spray guns and sandblasters.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
