Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fletcher, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility's machinery and equipment. If you have a passion for troubleshooting and maintaining industrial systems, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance equipment reliability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is a plus.
- Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
