This position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in obstetrics. Nights are required, with a total of 36 hours each week. The facility conducts an average of 2000 deliveries annually. Candidates must have experience in high-risk and low-risk obstetrical care. Responsibilities include circulating for C-sections and triaging obstetrical patients. Knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and postpartum hemorrhage management is essential. RNs are expected to provide patient assessments and support during labor and delivery. Floating to the Mother/Baby unit and the NICU (feeder/growers) may be required. Candidates must be familiar with isolations precautions and facility protocols. Experience with certifications required for specialized procedures is necessary. The nursing staff collaborates with various interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
