Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
If physical medicine and rehab is your passion, join this team! We are hiring providers for these locations:
- Full-time positions in Tucker
- Full-time position splitting days between Grayson and Sugarhill
- Full-time position in Douglasville
- Full-time position in Woodstock
- The provider in Douglasville will work a full day on Fridays
- The provider in Tucker will work a half day on Fridays
Work Schedule: M - F Hours: 8:30 am - 7:00 pm with a 1-hour lunch break
Pay Range: $120,000 - $125,000
Benefits: 401k, PTO, and 7 holidays (No health insurance)
Other essential qualifications: Must have a current GA Nurse Practitioner license. In addition to the above, candidates must have musculoskeletal experience and joint injections experience.
