Registered Nurse (RN) - Case Management
Unit Specifics:
- Number of Beds: 450 for Tower/Sarah Cannon
- Patient Ratios: 1:30-1:35
- Unit staffing description: No unit secretaries or tech availability
- Documentation Systems: Midas, Navihealth, and Meditech for patient review
- Scheduling Requirements: Weekdays and weekend days
- Floating Policy: Potential to float to more than one unit based on needs
- Patient Experience Requirements: Previous travel acute care case management experience
Requested Skill Set:
- Must have experience with Midas and Meditech
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
- Expectation for the candidate to be productive after 5 days of orientation
Required uniform: Scrubs with a lab coat or business casual attire with a lab coat.
This unit features a collaborative team of case management professionals, creating a supportive work environment. Opportunities for professional growth and development are available.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field.
