Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Fabrication/Industrial Associate in the Fort Myers, FL area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning new skills, and contributing to a strong team culture.

Responsibilities:

• Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and support multiple areas as needed

• Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies and procedures

• Read technical documents, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate to meet production goals

• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/steps, stand for long periods, and work overtime when required

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safe work habits

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Solid verbal and written communication skills

• Basic knowledge of industrial concepts, practices, and procedures

• At least 1 year of heavy industrial experience preferred, with willingness to learn

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Monday- Friday: 6:00AM - 2:30PM
• $18.00/hr
