Description Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur is a long-term care residence for Sisters who have dedicated their lives to serving God. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our Sisters in a faith-based environment. Our mission is to extend God’s goodness through service. We are seeking compassionate and reliable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) to join our healthcare team in our 80-bed, five-star facility. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with our Sisters and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and comfortable each day. Our team benefits from lower Sister-to-staff ratios, allowing caregivers the time to provide attentive and relationship-centered care.
