Qualifications

• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ARRT (VI) or ARRT (R)
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Vascular Interventional Radiology in last 3 years.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 1 years.
• EMR Epic
• Skills Assessment VIR skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of HCA Healthcare in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I am willing to float to sister facilities within 25 miles as needed.
• Additional Confirmations Requires trauma level 1 experience
• Additional Confirmations Critical care gtt management experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Stroke care experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations Trauma care experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations ICU/ER experience is required.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Critical Care / Angio (IR) experience. must have Experience in stroke and trauma care. must have Experience with critical care drip management. must have ICU or ER patient experience. must have Proficiency with EPIC Cupid documentation. must have Proficiency with equipment such as IVUS, Shockwave, Angio Jet, and Jet Stream. must have Ability to perform procedures including Permcath, Port Placement, Thrombectomy, Atherectomy, TVAR, TIPS, EVAR, PE, Stroke, and Trauma.
