Base Pay Range $55,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Location Madison Heights, MI Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Health Care Provider About The Role Certified BCBA to lead ABA services for children on the autism spectrum, building high‑quality, person‑centered care with a team of RBTs. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to each child. Supervise and mentor RBTs, fostering clinical excellence and professional growth. Collaborate with families to provide caregiver training so progress extends beyond the clinic. Use data‑driven insights to adjust strategies and keep each child reaching milestones. Advocate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations. Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing and Michigan license. Empathetic and able to translate complex behavioral concepts into actionable guidance for parents.
