Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of each resident's physical capabilities, setting goals for rehabilitation that address specific needs and outcomes.
• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans that focus on enhancing strength, mobility, and functional independence.
• Delivering various therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of advanced modalities to treat physical impairments.
• Regularly assessing and documenting residents' progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery.
• Working closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure a unified approach to patient care, involving regular consultations and strategic planning.
• Providing education and resources to residents and their families regarding home exercise protocols and lifestyle modifications to maintain and promote health.
• Adhering rigorously to all state and federal regulations, ensuring compliance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our rehabilitation center is on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related challenges. Qualifications

Applicants for this role must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a current and valid Physical Therapist license in New York State.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Strengthen Physical Therapy, Inc. offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
