Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CMM programs for complex manufactured parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
• Select appropriate probes, fixtures, and measurement strategies.
• Validate CMM programs through first article inspections and correlation studies.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Document measurement results, program changes, and inspection procedures.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams on measurement requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficient in PC-DMIS software for CMM programming.
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and their application.
• Experience with various CMM hardware and probe systems.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and 3D models.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CMM programming within a manufacturing environment.
