Pharmacist

The Pharmacist will work 40 hours per week on varied shifts. Candidates must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts. Typical shift will be 12:30 PM to 9 PM. Weekend hours may vary depending on staffing needs. An active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing is required. Candidates should have at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience. Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient is preferred but not required. Relevant experience with pharmacokinetic dosing, particularly vancomycin, is essential. Experience in managing warfarin is also necessary. Please note that the facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract. All requested time off must be disclosed at the time of submission. This position requires holiday coverage.
