About the Role
We're looking for Customer Service Representatives with energy, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Our team members look sharp, bring a positive attitude, and go the extra mile to make regular customers feel like familyand new customers feel like regulars.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Greet and assist customers with friendly, instant service
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Help customers with product questions and purchases
- Stock shelves and maintain store cleanliness
- Take ownership of creating a safe, professional, and welcoming environment
