Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Make Extraordinary Possible UCHealth is seeking a compassionate and highly qualified board-certified or board-eligible full-time Outpatient Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide care in Fort Collins, CO, at our UCHealth Behavioral Health Clinic - Westbridge. Become part of our growing outpatient program, which encompasses a full range of behavioral health services within our physician-led multispecialty group.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Exhibit compassion and dedication to identifying and treating psychiatric, neuropsychiatric, personality, and substance use disorders.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care, including medication management, psychotherapy, and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patients' progress, assess treatment effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Actively engage in multidisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and treatment planning sessions.
• Stay informed about the latest research, advancements, and best practices in psychiatry.

Exceptional Benefits Our competitive compensation package includes:

• Salary range is based on the FTE percentage: .81-1.0
• 1.0 FTE is a $300,000 annual base salary.
• Generous signing bonus
• Additional days off and allowance for CME
• If applicable, a quality and productivity bonus may be offered.
• A relocation package may be offered to eligible candidates.
