Dual Assistant General Manager

Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Dual Hotel Operations) SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn Tulsa South We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the operations of two hotel properties. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations across both properties Coordinate and support department heads to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize revenue and profitability Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and legal regulations Lead, motivate, and develop staff to foster a positive and productive work environment Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality standards Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote hotel offerings and increase occupancy Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for hotel staff Skills And Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management, preferably with experience overseeing multiple properties Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to changing priorities Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite Join our vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences and fostering professional growth.
