About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead the elevation of its HR department. The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the people strategy, strengthening organizational culture, and ensuring that teams have the necessary structure, support, and leadership to thrive. This senior leadership role demands a hands-on HR executive who can effectively balance high-level strategy with practical execution, particularly in the areas of talent strategy, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development. The VP of HR will also be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including compensation and benefits, HR operations, and compliance with employment laws. Applicants for the Vice President of Human Resources position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, with a preference for those with a background in restaurant, hospitality, or retail.
