Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract Occupational Therapy position supports high school students throughout the entire 22/23 academic year. As the onsite OT, you’ll collaborate closely with dedicated educators and families to empower students in reaching their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Occupational Therapy license for California
• Background in school-based OT, home health, or related healthcare settings
• Experience with high school aged youth is highly preferred
• Comfort with individualized and group interventions
• Adaptable to dynamic school environments and committed to fostering student growth
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative OT services to students within a high school caseload
• Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain clear, timely documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to implement strategies supporting student participation in academic and functional tasks
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the goal-setting process
• Adapt therapeutic interventions for onsite learning environments

This role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, allowing you to enjoy stability throughout the school year while helping shape young lives.
