- A minimum of 1 year's experience as a host in the Fast-Casual Restaurant industry, required.
- Must be at least 16 years old. High School Diploma or GED, required. Associate's or a bachelor's degree, preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are required.
- Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
