HVAC Installer
The job of an HVAC installer involves installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. The HVAC installer will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC systems and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC equipment in residential and commercial settings
- Perform maintenance and repair on existing HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC equipment
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date with industry developments
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or apprenticeship in HVAC installation and repair
- Experience in HVAC installation and repair
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
Compensation: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
