Preschool Teacher

Future Stars Academy is an established Infant Center/ Preschool. Our Lomita location is seeking a FULL-TIME experienced Lead 2's/ 3's Class Teacher to work from approximately 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. Candidates SHOULD have 12 ECE units. Should have center based experience with a 2's/ 3's classroom in a lead teaching position. Will also consider some nannying and babysitting experience. Must be familiar with Title 22 Licensing protocols. Willing to assist the right candidate in completing their ECE units. Teachers are responsible for monitoring and caregiving for children in our 2-3 year old program. If you love working with kids and have previous experience in an early learning environment, Compensation negotiable based on units & classroom teaching experience. Ideal candidate- Daycare Teacher - Preschool Teacher - Child care Teacher - Teacher Assistant - Daycare Assistant Teacher - Early Childhood Education - Childcare Teacher - Toddler Teacher - Infant Teacher Compensation: $21 and up depending on units and experience (Salary negotiable) Job duties include: Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents Create activities/ curriculum that are fun and educational for the children Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, lunch time and rest time for students Diapering/ potty training/ feeding as needed Following Licensing/ Title 22 regulations What Makes Future Stars Unique!
