Be available for both AM and PM Shifts and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.Essential Elements:Good communication and working knowledge of the Food & Beverage and Culinary industry. Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies are must-haves. Capable of keeping work area organized and maintaining a safe and clean working area.Education & Experience:Must have a High School Diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in the Food Service Industry or a Hotel Kitchen is a plus. Have good communication and interpersonal skills; be flexible and willing to work wherever needed.Physical Requirements:Able to lift and carry at least 35 lbs. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and be able to walk, stoop and bend frequently. Able to use cleaning solvents and detergents on a regular basis.
