Acting as the on-site administrative leader in the absence of the Administrator-on-Call, you will make key operational decisions, support staff, and promote a culture of collaboration and accountability.**Key Responsibilities*** Ensure patient and staff safety while maintaining clinical and regulatory standards.* Serve as a liaison between administration, patients, staff, and physicians.* Evaluate staffing needs, assign resources efficiently, and support interdisciplinary collaboration.* Model exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills under pressure.* Foster a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and service excellence.* Monitor patient care quality, documentation, and compliance with hospital policies.* Participate in staff education, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives.* Uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards and emergency preparedness protocols.**QUALIFICATIONS:*** Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Massachusetts required.* Degree in Nursing**Schedule*** **Per Diem, 8 hour shifts*** **Days, Nights and Weekend Available****Join Us**Be part of a health system where nurses are empowered to lead, innovate, and make a difference every day.
