Job Description

Opportunity:

LT - CRNA 44479, 44485

Job Details:

• Night shift schedule: 5x8-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
• 40 hours per week coverage needed
• Work with all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Provide anesthesia services for both inpatient and outpatient procedures
• Work across 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other
• Support various types of surgery including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization lab, thoracic, pediatrics, neurology, cardiac, and endoscopy center procedures
• Primarily work in Main OR at Memorial facility
• Use Cerner EMR system
• Work in both ambulatory surgery center and hospital practice settings
• Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required
• Board certification and West Virginia license required
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• 16 hours of orientation provided
